Wine taster for La Revue du Vin de France, he reveals one of his favourite wines, L'Atout du Pique.
"The beautiful expression of the white grenache from the Roaix terroir, from the Domaine Pique-Basse. An exceptional pure white grenache, hyper refined, without denying the generosity of a wine from the south, but on the other hand hyper well mastered with large bitter minerals, finesse. Really a very nice wine."
